Welcome to the Clan O'Brien Services.  This is a family run business formed to help Clan O'Brien members, which includes anyone named O'Brien or a variation thereof, find those elusive O'Brien specialty items and other fine Irish gifts.

Clan O'Brien Services has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website: Clan O'Brien Services.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.  No part of this information is disseminated to any third parties.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.  A Secure Server is used for all transactions and handling of information is kept to a minimum.

Return Policy:

Clan O'Brien Services is dedicated to providing quality products and service.  Extra care is taken to assure our products arrive safely and undamaged.  Due to the personalized (Coat of Arms items) nature of many of our products, refunds on personalized (Coat of Arms) items are not allowed.  Items damaged in shipment will be replaced when returned in original container.
